
ingrediants:
- 200 g of tuna meat
- 30 g mixed spice *)
- 10 ml olive oil
- 50 ml orange juice
- 20 g brown sugar
How to make:
- Cut the tuna form a rectangle and sprinkle with spice mixture.
- Heat a Teflon non-stick, pour the olive oil.
- Cook the tuna for 1 minute each side.
- Cook orange juice and sugar in a saucepan until thick.
- Cut the tuna into 3 equal parts and stacking in the middle of the plate.
- Place the fennel on top of it and give an orange sauce.
- Complete with salad vegetables. Serve immediately
